According to a statement released via the official channels of the Nigerian Army on Thursday, the suspects include seven men and one woman, listed as follows:

1. Akevwru Daniel Omotegbono
2. Prof Ekpekpo Arthur
3. Andaowei Dennis Bakriki
4. Igoli Ebi (female)
5. Akata Malawa David
6. Sinclear Oliki
7. Clement Ikolo Oghenerukevwe
8. Reuben Baru
